Newsquest Media Group – Inigo Kennedy have delivered a host of different training programmes to a number of regional centres of one of the UK’s largest regional publishers. These courses have been taken by sales people and managers alike. We have also consulted on Newspaper Sales teams to help increase subscriptions and cut-down on service failures.
Clyde & Forth – Working as training consultants Inigo Kennedy are assisting this growing regional newspaper publisher to develop in house modules that can be rolled out across their regions. This project focuses on advertising sales from Telesales Executives right up to Sales Management.
DMG World Media – Inigo Kennedy have delivered our Online Media Sales module to 3 sales departments at DMG assisting the launch of 3 new online products.
Macmillan Publishers One of the largest and best known publishers in the world, Macmillan have engaged Reality to train their international education sales force in formal sales skills, time management and sales structures. This programme will go on to train-the-trainer sessions as well as the addition of new modules delivered by Inigo Kennedy to the core sales team.

Prestige Media – Are a growing B2B and consumer media company who own 2 magazines and a consumer exhibition. Inigo Kennedy have delivered a training programme to new and experienced staff based around the Reality Sales Structure that is helping them increase series bookings, achieve higher advertising rates, and create better relationships with clients.
YELL – Yellow Pages – Inigo Kennedy have delivered REAL – the four secrets of telesales success – a motivational speech at the Birmingham Telesales Quarterly Review.
Direct Marketing Association -Inigo Kennedy were asked to speak about ‘Ideas and Invention’ at a recent DMA conference focusing on Inserts.
Oxford University Press – working with the Polish English Language Teaching Sales Team. With increasing competition from another publisher OUP needed to engage teachers and bursars in an understanding of the value of OUP’s heritage and world class titles. Reality Media trained them in our structure and customer transition to help them put in place a new incentive scheme.
Corps Diplomatique International – Inigo recruited and trained a Diplay advertising salesperson. Training included telesales and field sales accompaniment. This project meant that the newly launched Diplomatic lifestyle magazine was a great success.
London Institute/LCP – Inigo Kennedy have observed and reported on the sales staff of DALI – the development unit and the London Institute, has delivered training to this team and given induction training to new telesales staff. Reality also offered 3 media sales courses at the LCP.
Remedy Creative & Rama Design Initiative – Inigo Kennedy delivered the unique Reality Sales Structure to the new business development directors of these two design agencies, to allow them to discover the best method for engaging prospective clients and win new business from their existing portfolio.

Clifford Chance The World’s Biggest Law Firm, Inigo Kennedy have led and facilitated two marketing discussions with members of the External Communications department as part of an annual review of marketing messages, priorities and strategies.
Geoffrey Leaver – One of the largest regional law firms in the UK, Inigo Kennedy have worked directly with the Personal Injury department on Presentation skills and content for a specific new business development project.
Fennemores – Fennemores Family Law dept have received team building and motivational training from Reality. The Personal Injury dept have also used Reality for presentation skills related to tender proposals. The Employment Law Department took the Reality presentation skills course to build skills and knowledge for large presentations to regional businesses. Reality also offer a full range of professional services pitch training.
Livis UK – Inigo Kennedy have trained the Directors of this Engineering firm in Presentation Skills to prepare them for a specific, high level pitch. The module covered style and delivery as well as building bespoke content.
UKERNA – Inigo Kennedy delivered Customer Focus training to this UK Government Agency who supply ‘broadband’ to all educational establishments. The training looked at customer types and developing Key Messages.
Product & Service Clients Include
Yorktest Inigo Kennedy have trained all customer facing staff for Yorktest – the UK’s leading supplier of food intolerance tests to consumers. After two days training our techniques were responsible for a significant increase in sales conversions. Reality are now engaged to provide further training to increase productivity and improve sales skills.
SAGA UK LTD – After listening to incoming calls Inigo Kennedy supplied a comprehensive report that pointed out ways of improving cross-sell. We then created and delivered a bespoke incoming call sales structure course.
Oxfordshire Hotels Ltd Inigo Kennedy have delivered customer service training to this independent group of four hotels across Oxon and Bucks. The areas covered include customer service, marketing, incoming enquiries and time management.
Where’s the Party – Inigo Kennedy recruited and trained a field sales and a telesales person for Oxfordshire’s leading outdoor Christmas party company. This involved the creation of a bespoke sales structure to deal with key influencers who are often not responsible for the final decision. We also created an incoming call structure to deal with all enquiries generated by their massive marketing campaign which we advised on.
Retail Clients Include
Bare Necessity – Inigo Kennedy were hired to deliver a 2 hour motivational talk with sales tips to 40 therapists for this rapidly expanding beauty chain. The director had the foresight to give all customer facing staff, both therapists and salon staff ideas on how to give each customer an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Chicheley Hall – Inigo Kennedy created an incoming call structure for the Conference Manager which allowed her to spend more time on quality enquiries and deal quickly with time wasters.
Doorknobs – Inigo Kennedy have trained all customer facing staff, and did the Customer Service Training module. We also mapped out the entire workflow from a new instruction to a successful occupancy.
Cannelle Beaute – Inigo Kennedy delivered annual training to the staff of this chain of French beauty salons in Oxfordshire concentrating on increasing sales, and improving customer service.
Judy Tailor Licensing – Developed a unique business approach to help Judy get more meetings with prospective buyers of her licensed art and craft designs.
